About The House

The House	The main house is a lovely year-round vacation home just steps away from the lake. This contemporary home has over 2100 sq. ft. and is mostly on one level except for 2 steps down to the sunken living room and dining room.
Kitchen	Large open kitchen with dining area and breakfast bar, centre island, ceramic flooring, lots of cupboards and counter space, stove, full-size side-by-side fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery and glassware.
Living Room	Large sunken living room, high ceilings, hardwood floors with area rugs, lots of comfortable seating, 65" big screen TV, home theatre, satellite, VCR, DVD, stereo, stunning flagstone fireplace.
Dining Room	This room has lots of windows with fantastic views of the lake, skylights, ceramic flooring with area rugs and a formal dining table seats 8. One end of the dining room has a nice seating area - perfect for the cocktail hour.
Master Bedroom	Large bedroom with walkout to deck and hot tub, lake view, king size bed, fireplace, wall-to-wall carpeting and hardwood, lots of closet space, ensuite bathroom, beautifully decorated.
Master Ensuite Bathroom	Large marble vanity with double sinks, large stand-up shower with ceramic tile.
Second Bedroom	This bedroom has a queen size bed, wall-to-wall carpeting, dresser, chair and a closet.
Third Bedroom	This room has twin beds, wall-to-wall carpeting, dresser, chair and closet.
Fourth Bedroom	This room has futon bunk beds and is suitable for 2 children. The lower bunk has a futon which folds up into a couch which is perfect for watching movies or playing video games. This room has wall-to-wall carpeting, a closet and an armoire with drawers and an entertainment centre. The best part about this bedroom is it comes equipped with a TV, VCR, DVD, surround sound and Nintendo! For Kids Only!!!
Main Bathroom	Vanity with double sinks, bath with shower, lots of cupboards.
BBQ Area	A gas BBQ is available for your use. It is under cover with a clear view of the lake and conveniently located just outside the entrance to the dining room.
Outdoor Furniture	Various outdoor furniture is available for your use - particularly enjoyable are the Adirondack chairs down by the water.
Watercraft	It's always fun to go boating! The house comes with a paddleboat, canoe and an aluminum fishing boat for your pleasure.
Docks	There are 2 docks which you can use either for swimming or boating. These docks can easily accommodate a boat up to 20 ft. if you are bringing your own.
Boat Ramp	There is a private boat ramp on the property or you can use the public boat ramp which is about a 5 minute drive.
