- Check the Availability page and decide which week(s) you would like.
- Check the rates on the Rates page.
- Determine if you need just the house or the house plus the
cottage.
- Call 905-301-7514 or e-mail rentals@skootaway.com to check
availability.
- When availability is confirmed and you're ready to make
a commitment, a Rental Agreement form will be sent to you.
- Complete the Rental Agreement.
- Prepare the following three cheques:
- Deposit cheque for $500, payable when received. This
deposit will reserve your week, but is non-refundable if you
have to cancel for any reason.
- Cheque for balance owing, post-dated to 30 days before
your arrival date. This cheque is fully refundable if you
have to cancel for any reason.
- Security deposit cheque for $600 which will be
cashed only if there is a claim.
- Send your completed Rental Agreement along with your
three cheques to the address stated in the Agreement.
- When your cheques are received, you will be sent a
confirmation package which includes directions and detailed
instructions.
- Start counting down the days for your getaway to
Skootaway!
